Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO): Since 2009, Svarna has ventured into global KPO services through E-Edit Infotech, offering content editing, document management, and electronic management services from our Chennai-based development center. Commercial Leasing: In 2016, Svarna Infrastructure expanded into commercial leasing, providing premium office spaces to both global and national clients. Our spaces are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of modern businesses, adding value to our comprehensive real estate portfolio.
Ethanol Production: In line with India’s Bio-fuel policy and the push towards sustainable energy, Svarna Infrastructure collaborated and formed Svaksha Distillery Ltd., a 200 KLPD ethanol plant with a 10 MW co-generation power facility located in Kharagpur, West Bengal. This state-of-the-art facility, which expanded to 300 KLPD in mid-2024, supplies ethanol to leading oil marketing companies (OMCs) across the nation.
Industrial Logistics Parks: Svarna Infrastructure is now expanding into Industrial Logistics Parks, aiming to boost the MSME sector. We are in the process of acquiring strategically located land along National Highways to develop logistics parks that facilitate seamless connectivity and operational efficiency for industrial stakeholders.
